Return & Exchange Policy

All orders are non-refundable. If for some reason you wish to cancel your order and it has not yet shipped, we would be happy to issue a store credit to go towards finding another piece.  

Design Assistance Before Ordering

All Amethyst finds are hand-selected by our designers for their quality, beauty, and unmistakable style.  Our design team is available to assist you with sending samples, measurement guidance, and graphic design so you can envision the piece in your home before purchasing. 

Feel free to e-mail us pictures & measurements before ordering to ensure a seamless purchase.  We will come to your rescue by sending samples, better photos, and more specific details about the piece.

Damage Policy

In the event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we will replace or repair the item if the item can be replaced or repaired.  If the item is one-of-a-kind, no longer available, or cannot be repaired, a full refund will be issued for the cost of the item. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds can take up to 8 weeks to process due to the nature of claims and working with third parties to resolve the claim from all parties.

Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving the item. Please provide the following information so we can submit a claim asap! 

1. Photos of the packaging + label 
2. One photo of the full product 
3. Two close up photos of the damage
4. A video + explanation of the issue
