Please note that all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer reverse logistics.
Should you receive a defective item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work quickly to provide a replacement.
Delayed Ship Date
Should you wish to cancel your order and it has not yet shipped, we will issue a store credit to be used on a future purchase. Our design team is excellent at helping source amazing pieces to help complete your space and is happy to work with you via zoom or email to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
Damaged, Lost in Transit, or Defective Claims
In the event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we will replace or repair the item if the item can be replaced or repaired.
If the item is one-of-a-kind, no longer available, or cannot be repaired, a full refund will be issued for the cost of the item.
Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving the item. Please provide the following information so we can submit a claim asap!
1. Photos of the packaging + label
2. One photo of the full product
3. Two close up photos of the damage
4. A video + explanation of the issue
Design Assistance Before Ordering
All Amethyst finds are hand-selected by our designers for their quality, beauty, and unmistakable style. Our design team is available to assist you with sending samples, measurement guidance, and graphic design so you can envision the piece in your home before purchasing.
Feel free to e-mail us pictures & measurements before ordering to ensure a seamless purchase. We will come to your rescue by sending samples, better photos, and more specific details about the piece.
