How quickly will my order ship?

Most items ship within 5 days of your order unless noted by a lead time at checkout.

Four Hands orders process in 7-10 business days.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

After your order is placed, you can sign into your account online for current shipping status -- don't hesitate to text us anytime for an update. We are happy to help.

Please note it may take a couple of days for tracking links to be available after your item has been picked up by a freight partner.

Our customer service team is available Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm CST to assist with special delivery requests, provide an update, and address any questions about your order.

Shipping Damages

Thankfully, fewer than 3% of our orders arrive damaged -- we have worked diligently over the years to partner specifically with freight companies who handle high end, specialty furniture. You will notice we use premium partners to reduce risk and offer a better experience for our customers.

Should you ever have an unsatisfactory experience -- please let us know so that we can pass along feedback!

Should you receive a package that is not in perfect condition, please note it on the delivery paperwork, take pictures and videos of the packaging, and keep the item so that our team can begin working on a resolution immediately.

Standard vs Expedited

Standard Curbside & White Glove

Most standard orders arrive to your home within 2-4 weeks which includes time for your order to be processed in the warehouse, assigned a freight driver, loaded by the driver, in transit to your city, and then final delivery scheduled.

Expedited Curbside & White Glove

Most expedited orders arrive within 2 weeks. When you upgrade to expedited shipping, we partner with a premium freight company who can pick up your order from our warehouses ASAP and route it directly to your city.

International Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to many areas including Canada, Europe, Australia & beyond. Shipping rates and any applicable duties/taxes will auto-calculate in your cart for an easy checkout.

Who will be responsible for paying the tariffs and duties?

Duties and taxes are collected at time of purchase and will auto-calculate in your cart based on your shipping address.

Are all products available for international delivery?

We ship furniture, rugs, artwork, lighting, and more globally.

How much is international shipping?

International shipping is free -- it is reflected in the product price. For personalized or bulk pricing questions, please contact us at design@amethysthome.com.

Are taxes/duties applicable?

Applicable duties and taxes will be collected at time of purchase in the checkout.

International transit times

Most international orders process in 7-14 business days at the warehouse and will be in transit for 2-6 weeks. Rugs ship quicker.
