Amethyst Home began as a small, family-led studio in Omaha with a love for peaceful, natural interiors. As our community grew, so did the reach of our work — and today, we have the privilege of helping customers create beautiful homes across the country and around the world.
To support that experience, we’ve built a full-time global team who works with Monica every day. We collaborate closely and communicate constantly, sharing the same commitment to thoughtful, attentive service.
It truly feels like the best of both worlds — staying rooted in Omaha while connecting with families overseas who love our natural aesthetic and trust us to ship beautiful pieces to their homes.

I started Amethyst Home in 2017 to help families create beautiful, peaceful homes through all the phases -- from new jobs to new construction, puppies to aging parents.... and children of all ages.
We believe artisan-made natural furnishings age beautifully in real homes and infuse soul into a space.
As a mom and entrepreneur, I understand how important it is for home to feel peaceful and joyful — which is why I’m deeply involved in everything from selecting collections to recording the real-life product photos and videos our customers rely on. I want shopping with us to feel personal, honest, and inspiring.

Aftab plays a vital role in bringing our in-store experience to life online. With three years at Amethyst, Aftab has become an essential part of our digital vision. His work ensures that the care you feel in our Omaha showroom extends seamlessly into your online experience, helping us contribute to the creation of calm, harmonious, and beautifully designed homes.

Betsy is also Monica’s mother, making her role in the showroom especially meaningful to our family-led team.
