  • Where do you ship?

  • Are Loloi rugs good quality?

We are pleased to say that less than 1% of our Loloi rug orders receive claims for quality issues. We ship thousands of rugs and we always trust that Loloi quality will stand the test of time.

  • Why are Loloi rugs so popular?

Loloi rugs are designed with the modern family in mind. Robot vacuums, pet spills, and daily wear and tear are no problem for a Loloi rug. From durable polyester to hand-knotted wool, there are stunning designs in every price point. We also believe the Loloi is a national trendsetter in the home furnishings industry that makes your home feel curated and put together with minimal effort.

  • Are Loloi rugs printed or woven?

Many of the Loloi rugs you see trending online are printed -- and intentionally distressed to mimic antique persian rugs. Think Layla, Morgan, Wynter, Loren...If you don't want something printed -- we recommend their hand-woven wool collections like Hadley and Oakwood!

  • What's the difference between Loloi and Loloi II?

You are most likely to find Loloi rugs in boutiques across the country -- they are higher quality and part of the signature line. Loloi II is a lower quality at a fast fashion price point that you may see on mass retailer sites such as Amazon and Wayfair.

  • Can Loloi rugs be washed?

There is currently a Magnolia Home Loloi rug that can be washed in the washing machine. As a designer, please keep in mind that a "washable" rug is marketing and that most rugs are very easy keep clean with soap and water. Often times you don't want a washable rug because the texture is more like a blanket and it easily shows wrinkles when you stick it to the backing. A high quality rug will be thick enough to provide comfort underfoot and repel dirt and stains naturally as in the case of wool.
