Choose Your Shipping Speed
Choose your shipping speed at checkout after you enter your address -- select from expedited, white glove, and curbside. Items that ship UPS Ground often arrive earlier than expected. Our standard window of 3-5 weeks refers to bulky items that ship via freight truck. Learn more about shipping here.
We do ship internationally and try to use air freight when at all possible to shorten your lead time. Shipping is included in the product price. Please e-mail us at design@amethysthome.com for international purchasing questions.

- Rugs: If it’s not the perfect fit, we’ll gladly exchange for full store credit towards a different rug or item from our shop.
- Furniture, Lighting, Artwork & Accessories: These items are final sale and not eligible for return or reverse logistics.
- Pre-Orders: If you change your mind before your item ships, we will issue a store credit for the full amount towards a new selection.
- Defects or Transit Damage: Notify us promptly and we’ll arrange a replacement with care and efficiency.
