Blot stains immediately and clean with a mild soap and cold water. Blot dry with clean, absorbent towel. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture. Shedding is Normal: vacuum regularly with beater bar off, and shedding will reduce over time.

Our secret cleaning hack.

Most of our natural fiber rugs respond beautifully to soaking in hydrogen peroxide and dabbing with a paper towel to remove stains like pet spills, chocolate, spaghetti sauce, etc.  Many can even be refreshed outdoors when needed. When in doubt — just ask. We’re happy to guide you on care with more specifics than the care label gives you.
