As you can imagine, sometimes there may be unforeseen delays in receiving a fabric from overseas, quality inspection, land freight or ocean freight delays, etc.  

Our shop’s mission is to deliver your beautiful, curated furnishings as quickly and as safely as possible.

We partner with an excellent threshold and white glove delivery network.  In-stock items are typically en route within 5-10 business days.  You will receive a tracking update via e-mail when available.

Please note backordered and transit lead times may be extended due to material and shipping delays, weather, or industry demands. 

Exchange Policy

All Amethyst pieces are vetted for high quality and are non-refundable. Should you wish to cancel your order and it has not yet shipped, we will issue a store credit to be used towards a new piece.  We are passionate about helping our customers curate a bespoke, organic home -- our design team are problem solvers.  

Damage Policy

In the event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we will replace or repair the item if the item can be replaced or repaired.  If the item is one-of-a-kind, no longer available, or cannot be repaired, a full refund will be issued for the cost of the item. Refunds can take up to 8 weeks to process due to the nature of claims and working with third parties to resolve the claim.

Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving the item. Please provide the following information so we can submit a claim asap! 

1. Photos of the packaging + label 
2. One photo of the full product 
3. Two close up photos of the damage
4. A video + explanation of the issue 

Design Assistance Before Ordering

All Amethyst finds are hand-selected by our designers for their quality, beauty, and unmistakable style.  Our design team is available to assist you with sending samples, measurement guidance, and graphic design so you can envision the piece in your home before purchasing. 

Feel free to e-mail us pictures & measurements before ordering to ensure a seamless purchase.  We will come to your rescue by sending samples, better photos, and more specific details about the piece.

Amethyst Home celebrates natural materials, which often comes with beautiful imperfections. For instance, different types of wool may take dye differently throughout the rug. Woods, marbles, stones – all come with their own personality.

Each piece is made uniquely for you by artisan families, please expect some variation and character -- we embrace the design approach of Wabi Sabi. Character and imperfections are to be expected and celebrated – that’s how you know it’s the real thing!
