Passez régulièrement l’aspirateur sans que la barre du batteur soit éteinte (ou sur le réglage de pile le plus élevé). Si des boucles ou des touffes apparaissent au-dessus du tas de tapis, ne les tirez pas. Ce n'est pas un défaut. Il s'agit d'une condition courante appelée « germination ». Utilisez une paire de ciseaux pour couper la boucle ou la touffe. N'utilisez pas de nettoyants à oxygène. Évitez la lumière directe du soleil pour éviter la décoloration. Pour de meilleurs résultats, un nettoyage professionnel périodique est recommandé.

We don’t carry disposable rugs. If a rug sheds excessively, wrinkles, resists cleaning, or won’t hold its own alongside your investment furniture, it doesn’t make the cut.

Our secret cleaning hack.
Most of our natural fiber rugs respond beautifully to soaking in hydrogen peroxide and dabbing with a paper towel to remove stains like pet spills, chocolate, spaghetti sauce, etc. Many can even be refreshed outdoors when needed. When in doubt — just ask. We’re happy to guide you on care with more specifics than the care label gives you.
