Professional cleaning recommended. Vacuum clean regularly. In case of spilling blot immediately with sponge or damp cloth. Rotate Occasionally. Use professional cleaning agents only. When vacuuming we recommend setting the beater bar to the off position to keep the pile height and/or loops intact long term.

Our secret cleaning hack.
Most of our natural fiber rugs respond beautifully to soaking in hydrogen peroxide and dabbing with a paper towel to remove stains like pet spills, chocolate, spaghetti sauce, etc. Many can even be refreshed outdoors when needed. When in doubt — just ask. We’re happy to guide you on care with more specifics than the care label gives you.
