Our Favorite Four Hands Chairs and Swivels
The Channing Swivel Chair is one of the most comfortable chairs Four Hands makes, in our opinion. We also love the Augustine Swivel Chair, particularly for contemporary interiors.
The Halston Chair is another standout. Monica describes its comfort as almost hammock-like.
We've also used the Monette Swivel Glider in living room projects. Swivel gliders aren't just for nurseries—they can be wonderful in conversational seating areas.

Are Four Hands Product Photos Accurate?
In our experience, Four Hands has some of the most realistic stock photography in the furniture industry.
However, some newer lifestyle photography uses dramatic, darker lighting, which can influence how a finish appears.
We always recommend reviewing every product photo, including detail shots, rather than relying exclusively on the main lifestyle image.

Will a Four Hands Bed Work with an Adjustable Base?
This is one of the questions we receive most often.
Some Four Hands beds can accommodate an adjustable mattress base, depending on the bed's interior dimensions and the adjustable base's design.
Monica has personal experience using adjustable bases with Four Hands beds.
In certain configurations, adjustable-base leg-height adjustments can position the moving platform above the bed's footboard, allowing the base to operate without interference.
However, compatibility must be evaluated individually. The adjustable base needs adequate clearance, stable support, and appropriate dimensions.

Will Four Hands Furniture Scratch Easily?

Amethyst Home specializes in shipping furniture to residential addresses throughout the United States, including major cities, rural destinations, and locations with special delivery requirements.
Many Four Hands pieces qualify for free standard delivery, which typically means threshold delivery rather than placement inside the home.
We also offer a $225 white-glove delivery option for eligible orders, including scheduled delivery, room placement, and packaging removal.
We arrange shipment insurance and can coordinate multiple Four Hands pieces into one delivery when possible.
